Rise Custom & Design is a Roswell-based design-build studio founded and owned by partners Fernando Buzeta and Brent Jay. Together they take on a select number of clients each year so every detail, from the foundation to the final fixture, gets the attention a custom home deserves.

They believe a home should reflect the people who live in it. That's why design and construction live under one roof here: two founders, one shared standard, no handoffs, and no surprises. With Fernando and Brent personally involved in every build, the result is a residence that feels inevitable, as if it could never have been built any other way.

Based in Roswell, Rise builds throughout greater Atlanta and the North Fulton corridor, including Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, and Marietta.
